Agreement to Terms

By using DadQuests (http://dadquests.app), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these terms occasionally — continued use means you accept the changes.

What DadQuests Is

DadQuests is a subscription service that provides daily activity ideas for parents with children ages 0-4. We suggest activities; you decide what's appropriate for your child and situation.

Account Terms

Creating an Account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account
• Use accurate information when signing up
• Keep your password secure — you're responsible for account activity
• One account per person (no sharing subscriptions)

Account Termination

You can delete your account anytime from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for extended inactivity (we'll warn you first).

Subscription & Billing

Free Trial

New users get a 7-day free trial. No credit card required to start. After the trial, you'll need to subscribe to continue using DadQuests.

Subscription Plans

We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans. Prices are shown in USD and may vary by region.

• Monthly: Billed every month, cancel anytime
• Yearly: Billed annually, best value

Billing

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel
• You'll be charged at the start of each billing period
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage Subscription
• Access continues until the end of your paid period
• We don't offer partial refunds for unused time
• If something's wrong, contact us — we'll make it right

Acceptable Use

When using DadQuests, you agree not to:

• Share your account with others
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the service
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate others or provide false information

Content & Intellectual Property

Our Content

All activities, text, images, and other content in DadQuests are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Your Use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use DadQuests for its intended purpose: finding activities to do with your kids.

Safety & Supervision

You are responsible for:

• Supervising your child during all activities
• Ensuring activities are safe for your specific child
• Adapting activities as needed for allergies, abilities, or environment
• Using appropriate safety equipment when suggested

Limitation of Liability

DadQuests provides activity suggestions as-is. We're not responsible for:

• Injuries or accidents during activities
• Damage to property from activities
• Allergic reactions or health issues
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Third-party services (Stripe, Supabase) issues

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

Disclaimer of Warranties

DadQuests is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Activities will achieve specific developmental outcomes
• All activities will be suitable for every child

We do our best to provide accurate, helpful content, but parenting is complex and every child is different.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of DadQuests, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. For significant changes, we'll notify you via email or in-app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
